How to Use Instagram for Collecting Reviews with Shout Local NFC Cards

Since Instagram doesn’t have a dedicated review feature, you can ask customers to leave feedback by creating a specific post or story and linking directly to it. Here’s how:

Steps to Create a Review Post on Instagram:

1. Log in to Your Instagram Account:
   Access your business account through the Instagram app.
2. Create a Post Asking for Reviews:
   • Tap the + button to create a new post.
   • Upload an image or video that represents your business (e.g., a photo of your team, products, or happy customers).
   • Add a caption asking customers to share their feedback, such as:
     “We love hearing from you! Share your experience with us in the comments below or by tagging us in your posts. Your feedback helps us grow!”
3. Post It on Instagram:
   • Use relevant hashtags like #CustomerFeedback, #SupportLocal, or #WeLoveOurCustomers.
   • Tag your location or add a business sticker if creating a story.
4. Get the Link to Your Post:
   • Once the post is live, go to your profile and find the post.
   • Tap the three dots (menu) on the post and select Copy Link.
   • This URL links directly to your post where customers can leave feedback in the comments.
5. Provide the Link to Shout Local:
   • Share this link with Shout Local at the checkout, and they will program it into your NFC Card.
